Using this store

By browsing Latafat or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.

Products & pricing

• We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as possible. Colours can vary slightly by screen.
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may correct pricing errors and cancel any order affected by one, with a full refund.
• Stock is subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order, we will notify you and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will refund anything you have already paid.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Keep the exact amount ready where possible.
• For JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer, your order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.
• We never store card details. Online card payments are handled entirely by our payment partner.

Delivery

We ship across Pakistan via trusted couriers. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your address and phone number carefully, as these are used for courier labels and COD confirmation calls. See our shipping & returns page for full detail.

Returns & exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within our stated window, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and keeps its original tags. Certain items (such as altered or intimate wear) may not be eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as described in our returns policy.

Reviews & content

If you submit a review or any content, you confirm it is your own and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading, or spam. Reviews help other customers and are never sold or shared for advertising.

Intellectual property

All Latafat names, logos, photographs, and designs belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
