Shipping & Returns

Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Eid and wedding seasons may take a little longer).
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days nationwide via major courier partners.
Shipping: flat rate of Rs 150 per order, free on orders over Rs 3,000.
We deliver across Pakistan, city and most remote areas. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method. Please keep exact change ready.
Online card/wallet payments (where available) are processed on our secure hosted payment page, your card details never reach our servers.

Exchange & Returns

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags intact.
Email orders@latafat.store with your order number and reason. We'll guide the exchange process and courier pickup.
Exchanges are size/colour swaps of equal value. Return shipping is customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, wrong size or wrong colour, we replace it free of charge.
Report within 3 days of delivery with photos to orders@latafat.store.

Order tracking

Log into your account to see live order status (confirmed, shipped, delivered). We also email you at each step.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
