How do I choose a size?
See our size guide. For stitched items measure a similar garment; for unstitched suits choose your standard size and we stitch to a classic cut. Between sizes? Take the larger one.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is our primary payment method and is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.
How long does delivery take?
Orders dispatch within 48 hours and arrive in 3–5 business days nationwide. You'll get email updates as your order moves from confirmed to shipped to delivered.
Can I order without an account?
Absolutely, guest checkout is available. You'll still get email updates using the address you provide; creating an account lets you track orders and save addresses.
What if the item doesn't fit?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items. Email orders@latafat.store with your order number and we'll arrange a size or colour swap.
Do you offer custom stitching?
For unstitched suits, add your measurements in the order notes or contact us and our atelier will stitch to measure at a small additional charge.
How do coupon codes work?
Enter the code in your shopping bag or at checkout. Codes have conditions (minimum order, expiry, single use per customer) which we validate automatically. Typing a code earlier doesn't lock it, limits are checked when the order is placed.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Online payments (where enabled) run on our partner's hosted, PCI-compliant checkout page. Card numbers never touch this website. Our checkout uses HTTPS and CSRF protection.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Contact us with your order number and we'll cancel it free of charge.
